  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups packed spinach
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • Halved cherry tomatoes

  1. Mix ricotta, parmesan, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. For the sauce, melt butter in a pot, add garlic, then whisk in flour. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add cream and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat; mix in mozzarella, spinach, salt, pepper, and basil until melted.
