  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Candy eyes (for decoration)
  • 20 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat the eggs until frothy, then slowly add the melted chocolate mixture along with vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.

  6. Dip cooled brownies in melted semi-sweet chocolate mixed with coconut oil; let set on parchment paper.
