  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add dough pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and melted butter until well blended.
  5. Layer half of the coated dough in the bundt pan; drizzle with half of the brown sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining dough and topping.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin spice over the top.
